Please note, orders for delivery can take up to 2-3 workings days for standard delivery, shortage of florists is taking longer to prepare your bouquets, we are working as fast as we can to resolve this, please bear with us, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you, we are very sorry, your bouquets will be delivered asap.



ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Signing for the Package
Please check that you have received the correct item(s), before signing the required sheet. If some parcels seem missing, or damaged, and make sure you tick the relevant boxes, and only sign for those packages that you accept.


Lopitic Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
